Well done to Year 11 for completing their first week of mock examinations. Examinations are always unnerving, but with a global pandemic in the mix too, we cannot applaud the pupils enough for their commitment, patience, attitude, cooperation and impeccable behaviour this past week.
Our thanks too go to our brilliant team of invigilators and Examination Officer, who support the pupils to ensure they get the necessary experience of sitting a formal exam. Teachers will be busy marking exam papers over the coming weeks so that pupils can receive valuable feedback as they continue their learning in their subjects.

Foodbank – Thank You
We just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU for all the donations we have had this week. It is lovely to see our community pull together and help those struggling at this time.
Please do keep the donations coming if you can. Now lockdown is with us, we know people will be feeling the pinch. It is lovely to be able to help people and look after everyone in our local area.
We are making the donations box bright and colourful to reflect the kindness of those involved. Well done to Zack in Year 7 for his winning entry… it’s beautiful.

Remembrance Day
On Wednesday each class will be observing a 2-minute silence at 1100 in their classroom, along with the rest of the nation, to remember those who have lost their lives due to conflict or war.
