Weekly Message
On Tuesday, the school said goodbye to Year 11s with the traditional shirt-signing. Over two hundred pupils congregated on the playground to sign shirts and say their goodbyes to friends and teachers. They have been an amazing year group and we are sad to see them leave. Good luck for Results Day on Thursday 23 August.
Next week, we have Year 7 Parents’ Evening on Tuesday 19 June. If you have not booked appointments for this please do so as soon as possible.
On Wednesday 20 June, we are holding our first whole-school Sports Day involving all four year groups. As the weather forecast is for it to be warm, please make sure that your child brings plenty of sun cream, a hat and a suitable container for water.

From 15 January MEAL DEALS have the option of flavoured water.
From 12 January baguettes will be reduced to 55p (was 60p), but if butter is required the cost will be increased to 65p.
Free school meals must only use the Dining Hall at lunch time, and have either a MEAL DEAL or MAIN MEAL.

A polite reminder to parents/carers – please ensure that all property is clearly named with the pupil’s name and tutor group.
Various keys, watches and pairs of spectacles are kept in the Medical Room when handed into lost property. When named items are handed in to the Medical Room Form Tutors are notified by e-mail or printed slips, which are sent in school registers, to ask pupils to come and collect the items.
